Hello! My roommate and I have been very recently displaced due to a fire in another unit in our building, it has caused water damage that has rendered our current place unlivable. I am looking for myself only. Things to know about me.

I am a full time worker, my days off are during the week, I work afternoon to late at night. I work in home support healthcare with VIHA, as a result I do have one car.

My hobbies include gaming, arts and crafts, movies, music (listening) and reading. I do wish to get into gardening. I am very much a homebody and don’t go out much.

I have one quiet cat, she’s very well behaved (other than her proclivity for eating plastic which frustrates both my roommate and I.) she in indoor only.

I am looking for a place to live long term for the foreseeable future. I’ve had to move around quite a bit throughout my entire life and I don’t enjoy the whole process that much. I promise to be respectful and communicative.

I am not looking for a room in an already established shared home, I am looking potentially for roommates to move into a new place with.

I can move either Aug 15 or sept 1st, I am flexible with the lease term.
