Hello, The ideal situation is to stay for 4 months (May till Sep), and after that, I will move. Furthermore, you can consider me as a busy man, moreover, you hardly can find me at home. Usually, I will be there at home from night till morning. Definitely, cleanliness and tidiness in accommodation are extremely important, hence, they will be considered. it is interesting to note that I’m animal-friendly, and living with people who have diverse diets, gender, and nationalities is going to be my pleasure.
