I am recently separated, and I am looking for an unfurnished room, and to share a house with someone like minded. Have been trying to rent a basement apt, but the requirements for income are ridiculous for 1 person. I also have a senior cat who’s 14,and most ask for no pets. I am a very clean,organized and responsible, respectful person. I pull my weight and always clean up after myself. On the hobbies side, I am the lead singer of a band, and I also sing in a chorus. You will find me very often singing karaoke just about any where. I like to laugh and have fun.
