Hello, my name is Jules (they/them).  I have been living in Burlington for over 4 years and I wish to stay in my community.  I am able to move in March 31st.

I am looking for one bedroom with a private bathroom (not shared).  The bedroom may be furnished or unfurnished. My maximum rental budget is $1300 (including utilities and internet). I would like to share your kitchen and laundry.  I do not need a parking space. 

I am a friendly, introvert who appreciates and maintains a clean, organized and calm environment. I love animals, so I will adore your pets if you have any. I identify as queer and disabled.  I have mobility issues that require me to use a cane and sometimes a walker when I leave my home.  I don’t drink, smoke (anything), or party.

I would prefer to live with women or any combination of 2SLGBTQIA+ humans, but I get along with everyone. If you are a kind, respectful and safe person then we will be a good match.

I am on disability from work but I have guaranteed income. I wish to have a 1 year lease with the option to settle for several years.
