I am a 27 year old female and attending UNB. I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment. My current roommate is moving out and her room is available. I am looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and mature to share the place with.

The rent itself is $750, electricity ranges from $50/70 in the spring to fall. Then $150/200 in the winter. It is unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring your own furniture. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.
