Hello - I am a mature (think 40s) international (UK) student coming to Trent for the IDSR PhD and so am looking for accommodation in Peterborough. I’m looking for anything from a private room in a shared house to bedsit/self-contained unit, or similar as this needs to be budget-friendly. In the first instance an 8/9 month lease. I am sensible, reliable and responsible - though not without fun. While my cleaning skills are better than my cooking skills, I am openminded and unobtrusive. A sex-positive and open-minded space which respects privacy (as I am and do) is important. Similarly a space where it is possible to work and study.
