Hello! I’m Kani, Urban Designer by profession.
I’m looking for a Private bedroom + Private bath in a 2b/2b apartment in Coal Harbour, West End or Downtown area. I’m mostly an ambivert—easygoing and always up for a friendly chat over coffee, but I also value my alone time. I like living in a space where everyone feels welcome, respectful, and considerate of each other’s personal space.
I’m tidy and organized, and I appreciate a home that’s kept clean and comfortable. I don’t smoke or party, and while I’m fine with roommates who drink occasionally, I prefer a smoke-free home.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, creative projects, and occasionally unwinding with DIY arts/crafts or just binging (when time allows!).
