UPDATE: I have still not found a suitable arrangement for move in August 1st, and my current lease is up. I am now seeking a ONE MONTH rental accomadation for August while I continue my search.
Hello, my name is Olivia, I am seeking a room for myself for August 1st move in. I am happy to sign a short or long term lease. I am self employed as a home care provider, (cleaning & organization, pet care etc are the services I offer) I have been working independantly for the last two years in Toronto, but I have lived, worked and studied in the city for the last 12 years. I am originally from 1000 Islands, and I moved to Toronto to attend Ryerson University (Now TMU) I can provide excellent character references from my clients for your consideration. I am seeking to leave the space I am currently renting in Liberty Village to reduce my monthly rental cost, and would like to stay downtown as I primarily work in the Fort York neighbourhood area. I am clean, quiet, friendly and respectful, I do not drink and don’t host guests, no pets. If you are interested in meeting, I would love to arrange a viewing. Thank you for your time 🙂
