Hello, my name is Olivia, I am seeking a room for myself for August 1st move in. I am happy to sign a short or long term lease. I am self employed as a home care provider, (cleaning & organization, pet care etc are the services I offer) I have been working independantly for the last two years in Toronto, but I have lived, worked and studied in the city for the last 12 years. I am originally from 1000 Islands, and I moved to Toronto to attend Ryerson University (Now TMU) I can provide excellent character references from my clients for your consideration. I am seeking to leave the space I am currently renting in Liberty Village to reduce my monthly rental cost, and would like to stay downtown as I primarily work in the Fort York neighbourhood area.
