Hi i’m Jas! I’m looking for someone to find a place with for mid July or August 1st - Posting this now to give time to get to know people and see who could be a good fit. I’m a pretty clean and quiet person, 80% of the time i’m in my room unless i’m meal prepping or hanging out. In my spare time I like to draw, listen to/play music, go to the gym, watch anime + TV shows, play video games, etc I think you get the picture :)

I’m fine with you having friends/family over whenever (do let me know in case of plan overlap!), playing music on speakers, etc..I do work two jobs and prefer to be in bed by 12am so as long as you can quiet it down a little by then then you have free range. I really only ask that you aren’t super messy and help keep the common areas in decent shape. I’m good with a basic chore list if needed.

PS i’m cannabis, pet, and LGBTQ + neurodivergent friendly/safe! (if you are not also LGBTQ +neurodivergent friendly please skip this ad) I do want to adopt a cat in the near future, so if this would cause issues with you or your pet please let me know!

I really want to stop moving every year, so if things work out I’d be more than happy to renew the lease. I will only be bringing furniture for my bedroom and some stuff for the kitchen, so if you have your own things to bring for the common areas then go for it! Otherwise i’ll probably be saving up for some furniture too.
