Hi there; I am a 54 year old professional going through a separation. I am retiring in 9 months and I need a room (preferably with separate washroom) in the north end of Hamilton for up to 12 months, possibly longer. I am a non-smoker. I have a really dull social life as I am focused on completing my career in education. I am an animal lover so I don’t mind homeowners with pets. I am looking for a CLEAN furnished room in a clean, well-maintained house (I will buy my own mattress). I own a small car and I would require parking. I am a super neat and clean. I am also quiet, respectful and reliable.
