Full-time student who is clean, quiet and organized. I’m not a fan of a lot of noises (autistic) and would prefer a new roommate who doesn’t smoke or do weed as I have a sensitivity to both just as a heads up. My roommate is moving out soon and I’m hoping to find someone with similar values to take the room. The room is $450, furnished, utilities are included, and it’s in the NW near UofC and market mall.
