My name is Tigran, and I recently arrived in Canada from Ukraine. I am currently looking for accommodation and would like to share some information about myself so that you can get to know me better.

I am a young and responsible individual who is striving to establish stability in this new country. I plan to continue my education here in Canada and am already exploring opportunities to do so. Although I have only been in this country for a week, I am actively learning the language and familiarizing myself with the local culture.

I want to mention that even though I am currently not employed, I have the financial means to meet my rental obligations on time. I value personal space and always strive to maintain cleanliness and order in shared areas. I do not smoke and do not have any pets, so you can be assured that the living space will be kept clean and well-maintained.

I am open to communication and collaboration with roommates. I would be glad to get to know people from different cultures and nationalities, fostering a friendly atmosphere in our shared home.
