Looking for a female roommate to rent 1 of 2 bedrooms with me in a bungalow in downtown Guelph. The rent is $1200 per person. House is fully furnished except for the bedroom. Newly gutted and renovated this year! Will provide photos.

I’m a considerate and respectful roommate, I really value a peaceful and safe living space. I love keeping my space clean so we can enjoy our living area. I’m an introvert and keep to myself through the week but am social and love to explore on weekends! I’d be happy to live with someone I can get along well with.
