Hi! I am going to be starting a PhD focused on environmental justice and policy at U of T this September. I am looking for a 1-bedroom apartment or studio in a downtown region, either in walking distance to the university campus or a subway station, maximum 25 minute direct. I am a friendly, clean, and reliable tenant, with references from past landlords and employers ready. I love travelling, low-key social times with friends, reading, movie nights, hiking and outdoor adventures, and am looking forward to being a student again after a few years as a professional in the education field.
