I’m looking for a room in Downtown Toronto or someone to team up with. My budget is up to $1,500/month, including utilities, so together we could find a nice 2 bed / 2 bath condo with a great layout and plenty of space for both of us.

I have all of my documents ready to sign a 12-month lease and start viewing condos.
