Hello! My current roommate is moving at the end of August and I am looking for a new female roomie staring in September. I live just 10 min away from Nanaimo station in a basement suite with 2 bed/1 bath. Very quiet and safe location, but still within 20 mins to downtown, south granville, etc. The rent is $900 including amenities. There’s also lots of street parking if needed. Unfortunately, it is not pet friendly. I’m happy to share some photos of the place as well! Please feel free to dm if you are interested.
