Hello! My current roommate is moving at the end of August and I am looking for a new female roomie staring in September. I live just 10 min away from Nanaimo station in a basement suite with 2 bed/1 bath. Very quiet and safe location, but still within 20 mins to downtown, south granville, etc. The rent is $900 including amenities. There’s also lots of street parking if needed.
