Hi there.
I am ISO a long-term rental, starting July16 or Aug1. ME: 38, male. Tall/thin Caucasian, newer here from Ontario. I am a nice/normal/non-sketchy, respectful/considerate, tidy person/roommate. I am trying to get-out of the density of living in Vancouver-proper. Looking to find a place where infrequently smoking a little weed outside won’t be an issue. Skateboarding, podcasts, music, comic-book/super-hero stuff. JOB: I work from home (quietly on a computer, in my room). Since 2020, I have been successfully offering/selling online freelance architectural/drafting services, full-time from home. Have a hard-earned diploma in this.
