Hey my name is Rich. I’m a 38 yr old male who is looking to rent a furnished room for the middle of September /first of October. I’m moving from New brunswick to be closer to my kids. I’m basically starting new when I do come back to Ontario. My plan is to pay 2 yo 3 months rent in advance. That way I will have some time to find work. I keep to myself and don’t bother anyone. I’m quiet and clean. My son is 14 and lives in the Shelburne area. I also have a 7 yr old daughter who lives in The Niagara area. I just want to be closer to them. I’ll be visiting them so they won’t be coming over or spending nights. My plan is to rent a room and eventually get myself a apartment. I’m willing to help out with anything that might need done such as cutting grass etc. I lived in Ontario all my life but moves to New brunswick in May or this year. I just can’t be away or that far from my kids. I have my license but don’t own a vehicle so I won’t need parking. I’m not into partying or any craziness. I’m looking to better my life and reach my goals. I’m trying to be the best role model I can for my kids. It won’t take me long to find work .
