I am looking to rent a 1 bedroom with a shared washroom in downtown Toronto (preferably at a walking distance from the financial district). Willing to pair up with someone (female) and find a 1+1 or 1+den condo. Preferred move-in date: Sept 1, 2025.

I am a future lawyer with a stable income. I work 4-5 days from the office, study for the bar exam at home, and go out with friends. Really friendly and considerate of the common and my roommate’s space. Let’s communicate between us before letting anything become a problem.
