Greetings, Hope you are doing good, I am a 27 yrs old male working professional. Currently staying at NE Calgary. I took the place on a sub lease basis but the original lease is ending and so is my sub lease. If I get a roommate I ll transfer the current lease to my name and continue living here else I am looking for a quiet and peaceful private room in a house or a studio apartment to rent. I am very hygienic and expect my room mates/house mates to be the same. I respect everyone irrespective of their personal thoughts and beliefs and expect the same towards me.
