I’m looking at moving out to the lower mainland I am looking for either a room to rent or a 1bdrm basement suite. I would prefer in Cloverdale but willing to go into Langley. I’d like to find a place for the beginning of October would be coming a few days before to get settled. I’d be staying for a long term and would be able to provide a reference from my current landlord.
