Hi, I’m Adrian and I currently work full-time at an office. I’ll be going back to school come January and will try to find part-time work along with studying (already approved for student loans as well).

I’m very clean, considerate, and quiet. Honesty, respect, and communication is important to me. My hobbies include gaming, drawing, watching shows and movies, and playing with my cat. His name is Niko and I’ll need to bring him with me. He’s very well-behaved, cuddly, good with people, and only meows if he wants food or attention. I’ll be taking full responsibility for him, and all I ask is for him to be accepted.

I am looking for a nice, clean apartment in Burnaby or Vancouver, preferably in a walkable area, close to transit. I’m also open to teaming up and renting together! I’m looking forward to meet you. :)
