Hello Roomies, I’m a 47 year old Canadian citizen looking to downsize my current rental apartment and looking to rent a 2 bedroom apartment in sharing with another person (female or male is ok).

Prefer Parkdale area but open to moving anywhere in the GTA as I WFH 3 days of the week.

I am non-vegetarian, non-smoker (420 friendly), I cook very little as I meal prep once a week and I work out most days. I can be private and friendly based on the person and chemistry but either is ok ad I get along well with most people as I have shared for the past 6 years.

I am hoping to find someone to partner with to reduce rent cost!
