Hi, my name is Joan, originally from Spain, but I’ve been living and working in KW for the past 8 years. I’m a professional ballroom dancer. I spent most of my day outside of the house since my job keeps me busy 1 to 10pm during the week and sometimes on the weekends as well. I have recently found a beautiful house to rent in Waterloo, very close to uptown (Weber-Allen intersection), 2 bed 1 bath, with an amazing deck and backyard area. I’m looking for a roommate who is friendly, respectful and likes to have a tidy and organized environment. Moving date is flexible between July and September and rent can be discussed as well for the right fit.
