Intro: 60 years of age, still working but now only as a substitute teacher. I have a busy schedule and spend most of the day away either working or frolicking in the gym or outdoors. I always spend the months of July and August with my family in Europe (Moravia/Czech Republic). I do not smoke or drink and love a healthy lifestyle and all kinds of physical activities. Request: A clean and quiet environment w/o late night parties,loud music etc. Furnished or semi-furnished room with an access to the kitchen. I prefer a location that is centrally located due to the nature of my work but I can be flexible as well. Offer: I am a quiet person, sometimes taciturn and at other times very gregarious (depending very much on the level of fatigue from work). Although I am away most of the day, I would be more than happy to help with any maintenance duties, such as landscaping, snow-removal or basic household chores if applicable.
