I’m moving to the GTA anytime within December 2025 & January 2026, and I’m looking for a 1B/1B apartment or studio apartment or a private room with a private bathroom in a shared 2B/2B apartment (furnished preferably).

I’m a female working professional in hybrid mode. I keep my space neat and tidy, and I’m looking for a clean, peaceful, and calm place to stay.

Budget: Max $1300 (including utilities)
Move-in: Last week of December 2025/1st January 2026
Lease term: Month-to-month / 6 months / 1 year
Must be safe, clean, walkable, and close to public transit
No parking needed

🚫 Not looking for:

Basement units
Houses with more than 2 tenants
A home with pets
