I’ll describe myself and hopes, and see who thinks “I’d be great to live with” - I’m a middle aged person, who abstains from alcohol and drugs of any kind. I am allergic dust, pets (love animals) and have COPD, so I need a smokeless home, includes herb. I am a humanist and a person of faith; Christianity and Taoism can best describe my beliefs. I’ve been called boring, but I have a fairly good sense of humour. Love music and all arts. I used to work in middle management/service industries, Jane-of-all-trades, including marketing & media. Due to limitations from a health crisis, I am currently unemployed, I work casually, and this is the reason I am looking to rent a room or to find people interested in sharing expenses on house. I need a room rental first, but would like to find other people to share a “start-up home” where the home would be work-from-home-business and art friendly place. I do consider myself a good roommate as in that I am responsible, reliable, organized, tidy and helpful. I pride myself on being a honest and trustworthy person, and have no problem providing a criminal record check, I’ve only ever been asked to provide a record check, but It’d be nice to see the landlords references as well.
