we are a young couple with a senior dog who’s 13 years old under 15 lb and does not shed. we are looking for short or long-term housing with a budget of 1300 a month. we are both LGBT friendly and cannabis friendly and are looking for the same. we are generally quiet and are willing to communicate openly directly and clearly to resolve any conflicts that arise. budget may increase when I find a second job.
