Hey! A small family looking to rent a house with a roommate or another small family! We’ve got 2 cats and a guinea pig, our daughter is a sweet little lady with the most spunk and we love both being social and keeping to ourselves.

We’re just looking to upsize our environment, we’d need at least 2 bedrooms for us so thinking a 3-4 bedroom house.

I’m (Kristin) returning to work in a couple weeks and Matthew works full time in Campbellford!

We’re tidy, respectful and as quiet as we can be with a toddler. Take majority of a Montessori approach to our parenting.

Open to cutting costs of your share of rent down if willing to provide childcare during the day. Looking forward to hearing from you!
