Hi. I am a research professional, PhD student. Looking for a room close to Downtown (East-End, Leslieville). I believe my roomies and I would be great to live with for several reasons. Personally, I am very clean and tidy, especially when it comes to the bathroom. I have OCD, which means I prioritize keeping shared spaces, including the kitchen, spotless. I don’t cook elaborate meals, so the kitchen is always left clean. Additionally, I don’t listen to loud music or watch TV at high volumes, ensuring a peaceful living environment. I used to train in martial arts professionally for most of my life. I enjoy outdoor activities, active sports, and martial arts, and I am a very friendly person who can elaborate on different topics. We can also have fun together from time to time, I can help you to gain some boxing, mixed martial arts skill but I always respect everyone’s privacy.
