I am a health conscious, active individual. I spend most of my spare time on my 4 days off practicing meditation, yoga, cooking, snowboarding, trail exploring, listening to podcasts and reading / researching things of interest, watching documentaries.

I enjoy my quiet / alone / personal time.

I like to keep my space clean, and keep a clean and tidy kitchen. (Countertops and stove wiped down, dishes put away etcetera).

I don’t drink alcohol or use cannabis and would prefer a room mate who shares similar values. ( Basically just respect our space, no random parties etc. )

• I don’t mind if you drink or smoke cannabis occasionally as long as it doesn’t negatively affect our living space.
