I am looking for a rent between $400-500. I am busy all weekdays. I am very clean. I don’t like noise and I sleep early. I am a quiet and individual who spends most of my time outside of the house. Between my studies and my hobbies taking up a vast majority of my time, I’m looking for place to sleep, shower and have access to a kitchen and laundry. I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces, cleaning up after myself immediately. I don’t smoke or drink. I don’t have any visitors. I am open to know new people and have friends.
