Hey everyone! I’m looking for a room in a shared apartment or house in Toronto, starting December 1, ideally for a long-term stay (1+ year).
Budget: $1,200–1,600/month
Location: Ideally around Queen’s Park, St. George, Little Italy, or nearby neighbourhoods - somewhere within roughly a 40-minute walk of Queen’s Park station.
Housing: A private bedroom in a shared apartment or house.
A little about me: I’m 27 and work in tech as a data scientist. I’m currently living in Waterloo and looking forward to moving to Toronto! I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and easygoing. Outside of work, I enjoy running, astronomy/astrophotography, and spending time with friends. I don’t smoke and have no pets.
I’m looking for more than just a room - ideally, I’d love to find a comfortable, spacious place with friendly roommates that actually feels like home. A decent-sized living room where people can hang out would be a big plus! I love places with plants, warm lighting, and little personal touches that make a space feel cozy and lived-in.
