I work as a jiu jitsu instructor in Port Moody where I’m also the manager for the gym. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful, looking for a more affordable home than my current studio apartment. I love animals so completely fine if you have a furry friend. My schedule means I’m only really at home in the mornings and night time as I’m at the jiu jitsu school most of the afternoon and evenings during the weekdays and most of Saturday.
