Looking to find a stable household for minimum of 1 year. I’m ambitious, extremely clean, and polite. I have good credit and I’ve been renting since 2013 and I have never been late on rent. I receive social assistance to help me pay rent but I handle all my other expenses with my income from freelance work. All of the camera work I do will be handled outside of the property. First/Last will be provided. I do not smoke or drink and I do not require a parking spot. References will be provided upon request.
