Hello, Our names are Rayann and Troy. We are Trail a Trail native couple that has been looking for a long term rental going on 2 years now. We have gone through a SlumLord, Casey Le-Moel. Ig we We were house sitting for not even two full days when he decided to change the codes on the maine entrance,Not to mention the up-coming month had already been paid in full. This forced us into a mutual friend’s R.V, To which we were renting up to a week ago. Due to the R.V not being Winter-proofed so it ended up being not ideal for living conditions and are now paying to stay in a hotel. so we need accomidations asasp and are able to pay 1st month +damage deposit. i am a retired cleaner, so your home will always ne left in better shspr then we recieved it, my partner is a certified carpenter so odd jobs around the home, with your permission of course, are something that he takes delight in. We are just really tired of not having a “home”, a sanctuary…. ot becomes tiring and we are trying to find that right “home” for us. We will treat you home with respect and care and again it will most likly be left in better condition then that in which it was recieved. Please Help!
