Hey, I’m a Master’s student at the University of Manitoba, and I’m currently working. I’m looking for 2 housemates to move into an unfurnished 3-bedroom apartment with me.
The total rent is approximately $2,048–$2,090/month, with water included. Rent will be split fairly based on the room sizes and layout, especially since one room has a private bathroom while the other two share a bathroom.
Parking is available for an additional cost: Standard parking: $65/month; Underground parking: $130/month
