Lorenzo

Hi everyone,

my name is Lorenzo and I am a 27yo italian student. I am going to do a PhD in UOttawa starting in January (so I am looking for accommodation from January).

I am passionate about Theoretical Computer Science (which is my research area) and Math. I like simple things like reading, listening to music, and going for a walk or a run. I like playing chess too even though I am not good at it 🥲.

I am mostly a chill person but I enjoy social activities. Especially cooking and having appetizers or dinner with friends. Once in a while I enjoy parties too (not too often though cause I am getting older ahah)

I’d like to live in a respectful and chill environment. In fact, though I’d like to experience the social aspect of life in Canada, I want to do well in my PhD. Therefore, it is really important for me to being able to occasionally work in my bedroom (either during the day or in the evening) without getting disturbed and to rest well at night.
