Natasha and Kai

Hello! We’re Natasha (Canadian) and Kai (Peruvian), a married couple in our early 30s planning to relocate to Vancouver in 2026. We’re looking to co-rent a pet-friendly home with likeminded roommates.

We’re focused on creating a comfortable shared space. We’re love spending time with housemates with the occasional shared meal or evening, but appreciate and respect everyone’s alone time and private life. We also have two adorable, well-behaved indoor cats, so we’re looking for a pet-friendly space, however, they are not friendly to other pets so if you have not pets but love them, they warm up to people mildly fast.

What We’re Looking For (Ideally): 🛏️ A room in a house or multi-bedroom apartment (no studios or lofts) 💸 Budget: • Up to $1200/month (utilities shared) 📦 Move-in: May 2026 (Flexible) 🐾 Pet-friendly (must be okay with cats) – no additional cats or dogs 🧼 Clean, respectful roommate(s), preferably 25+ 🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ inclusive, neurodivergent friendly and emotionally aware household (420 Friendly)
