I am a working dad looking for a place to rent near work. I work full time, and have been at same job in software support almost a year. I would like my kids to visit if possible, but will mainly go see them at their place for the weekend weekly. I am willing to move in ASAP, and have no issue helping to keep common areas tidy, and if I listen to music I like to use my headphones so I can listen to it loud but be respectful of those around me. I don’t really have anyone else I would have visit to be honest. My son is 4 and my daughter is 2, just so you know ahead of time. I’m definitely flexible as I’ve lived in houses with multiple roommates in the past. Hoping for a roommate that’s quiet and respectful, as I just want to focus on work and my family.
