Very quiet, very clean, friendly, helpful, non cigarette/vapor/cannabis smoker. I barely drink alcohol. No pets & no BF coming over. Love plants, have some, happy & willing to do or help with gardening. I love it! No car. Have a bicycle & use public transportation. I have all my own bedroom furniture, lots of cleaning supplies, food, spices, crock pot, blender, extra personal items, books, etc., and 2 shelving units to put it on. Some extra storage space in a basement to put my shelves in would be ideal, unless they fit in the room. I do have a queen size bed, dresser, bedside table, bedroom chair & a small shelf for my TV.
