I am looking for an unfurnished bedroom, preferably above ground, in a house, with a shared kitchen and a bathroom that is shared with no more than 3 people unless there is a secondary bathroom available for use. My preferred location is in New Sudbury, area code P3A.

I’m quiet, Very clean, helpful, friendly, respectful and mind my own business. I do not smoke cigarettes, vape or smoke cannibas.

I adore gardening and would be happy to create, maintain and/or enhance what currently exists. I do weeding too!

I don’t have a car but do have an e-bike, use Uber, Uride and public transportation to get around.

I currently do all the weekly vacuuming with my new cordless HEPA vacuum, sweeping with my Swiffer, dusting, mopping, bathroom cleaning, in my current shared house situation. I’d like to share these duties with my roommates in my new household.

I have a crock pot, blender, toaster oven/air fryer, some dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans. I do like to cook but never seafood.

I need a room that will house a queen size bed, a tall dresser, a small bedside table, a bedroom chair, a tall narrow shelf, a small 3 drawer plastic table and a decent size closet for my clothing, coats, sheets, towels and the like.

Some extra storage space in a basement, garage or locker or a room large enough to house some extra bins would be ideal. I do have a small outdoor table table and nice matching folding chairs for outside. They can be used inside, if needed.

I’m currently living in southern Ontario but am looking to move to Sudbury to be closer to my grandchildren.
