Hi, my name is Samuel :) I am looking for a room preferably near UQAM (or Hochelaga) since I will start a bachelor’s degree in business administration there! I am from and currently reside in the Ottawa/Gatineau area but have lived in Montreal before and absolutely love it!

I am a fully bilingual guy who tends to be more on the quiet side, yet i’m still very friendly and sociable and love to meet new people! As a roommate, I am clean and organized and very respectful of boundaries and privacy. I am also a non-smoker but I personally do not mind if roommates smoke cigarettes and/or cannabis.

I also do not care where you are from, what your orientation/gender is or what your personal/political beliefs are. So long as we respect each other and our lifestyles generally match, it’s what matters the most to me!

Otherwise, I am open minded/laid-back with numerous creative and/or intellectual interests and I value physical health too (without being deep into fitness either). Basically, I like walking as much as I can everyday for cardio and follow a normal short workout routine I do at home with no equipments besides 2 dumbbells while eating a nutritious balanced diet (I still love pizza tho!). Love to cook as well :)

I also own a pet. A very affectionate, well-mannered easy to train yet very clean and low maintenance young cat (European Shorthair breed) I love and take great care of :) He is also declawed (wasn’t my decision at the time). I could leave him in good conscience to my mother and still see him when I visit, but still… If possible, I would like to bring him :)
