My name is Julia and I am 24 years old. I am attending UVic full time, studying Linguistics. I am urgently looking for a place for September 5th absolute latest. I am also open in teaming up with someone and finding the right 2 bedroom apartment.

I am a very social person and would love to find a roommate I could also hangout with. I really value building community with all the people in my life, so I do host get togethers, dinners and the occasional party (however not so much during the school year).

I am very respectful of a shared space and always do my best to consistently keep it clean, especially the kitchen!! I am not a person who is too bothered about other peoples messiness, in terms of leaving stuff out in the shared spaces, as long as there is a general clean vibe going on. I have furniture that I could bring to a new place (couch, bookshelf, TV etc.) for shared spaces.

I am looking for a long term rental (at least one year) and am open to living with all genders, preferably between the ages of 20-30.
