Hello! My name is Murphy and I am a yoga teacher and musician from Edmonton looking to move out to Toronto. Looking for another woman (or co-ed) to share a place with who doesn’t mind me singing and playing guitar sometimes, though if you work or go to school full-time then I will move my recording to a time when you are gone. Hoping to find someone who would like to be friends but also wants a balance of private time! I spend most of my time working from home on music, out with friends, spending time outside, and FaceTiming my long-distance boyfriend. I also should mention that my boyfriend would likely stay with me when he comes to visit for a weekend every now and then. I also will go to see him some weekends and you’ll have the place to yourself! I have a very cuddly and friendly cat who can be around any pets except birds- he loves other cats and is okay with dogs as long as they don’t chase or attack him. I’m flexible with how much I can spend as I do have a steady income but around 800-1300 including utilities is ideal. I am clean, respectful, and can get along with anyone. I am happy to provide landlord and roommate references if needed.
