Hello! My name is Murphy and I am a yoga teacher and musician. Looking for another woman (or co-ed) to share a place with. Hoping to find someone who would like to be friends but also wants a balance of private time! I spend most of my free time working from home on music, out with friends, baking (which I will ALWAYS share with you lol), crafting, learning new hobbies, spending time outside, and exploring Toronto. I also should mention that my long-distance boyfriend would likely stay with me when he comes to visit for a weekend about once a month (when he is visiting, we spend 95% of our time out of the house exploring or going to music shows) he is super friendly and a fantastic chef so I gurantee he will cook great food for us lol. I have a very cuddly and friendly cat who can be around any pets except birds- he loves other cats and is okay with dogs as long as they don’t chase or attack him. Around 800-1200 including utilities is ideal. I am very clean, respectful, and can get along with anyone. I make an extreme effort to be a fantastic roommate and love to help out wherever I can with my roommates, do favours for them, and share my baking goodies with the house. I am happy to provide landlord and roommate references if needed.
