Hi! I’m a student at SAIT and looking for a rent room in Downtown, Sunnyside, Victoria Park, or Bridgeland. My budget is around $1,000–$1,300/month including heat, water, and electricity. I’d prefer something close to a train station or bus stop. I’m totally fine with pets. I love animals! I’m also clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces.
