Hello, I’m moving back to Winnipeg in September for a short term contract job currently lasting until November 30th (with the possibility of an extension). I have no car, no pets, and no furnishings so I do require a furnished place. Preferably looking in the South St. Vital area/ near Pembina highway so I can easily get to work. I also have asthma so I’d rather not room with people who smoke. I’m clean and polite.
