Hi! I’m Indraneel. To share little background, I’m currently living in a spacious enough place at stone’s throw distance from the lake, with a BIG private bath and garage at the first floor. The attached wardrobe room itself is larger than a Japanese pod in my current place. But paradise doesn’t last long. House is on sale and loud visitors are showing up whenever, and current land lady is not concerned about tenant’s privacy and availability. Also she speaks very little English making communication as challenging as setting boundaries. So the notice has been furnished and I am looking forward to shift to a new furnished place with private bathroom. Not interested in basement unless its a complete suite with adequate light and one can look outside the window standing. Off street parking preferred, if not a dedicated garage. But if room, location and other things are favourable, (prefer South Regina, closer to University or Golden Mile, but not set in stone, should not be more than 5-7 minutes drive to Tangerine restaurant), don’t mind parking on the street as long as its not one of those 2 hours duration bound streets. Not looking for anything beyond CAD1000/month, including all utilities (good wifi considered).

I am working in the capacity of Office Manager in a highly motivated company dedicated to green energy solutions. I love attending concerts, hiking through lush forests, strolling charming towns, savoring local cuisines, going on long drives and watching and reviewing movies and anime. I’m very responsible, respectful of people’s space. I do not indulge in drugs or smokes (devil’s lettuce included). Been over 6 years I left booze, just realized one day it does not serve me anymore. I have a clean Criminal record.

1. Strictly no drugs please.
2. Copy of a satisfactory credit score (above 750). I can provide mine.
3. Working-professional only with full time job. Exceptions can be made if a secure source of consistent income can be provided. PS: That’s not my pet in the picture. She loved me more than her owner I can proudly say ).
