I am looking for someone to team up with to find a 2 bed 2 bath condo in downtown toronto near where the two subway lines intersect (annex preferably, bloor yonge could also work). I would like to provide all the living room furniture as I already have it.

Budget - 1500 (flexible) Move in - between July 1 and August 1

🍓About me🍓

• I’m Elizabeth, 24, nurse. • I have two very sweet kitties that I’ll be bringing with me. I will be doing all the cleaning and care for them, so don’t worry! You just get to cuddle and play with them. • My biggest interest is music, I enjoy 90s/2000s indie rock, 90s emo, underground rap. I also collect CDs and sometimes vinyl. I love going to concerts! • I like crafty/artsy stuff like collaging, used to do a lot of embroidery/cross stitch, clay work, amateur photography • I also rly like styling clothes n dressing up, love to go thrifting! • Can be a night out or night in person depending on the day/my energy/my mood. I need both in my life

🍓What I’m looking for🍓

• 2 beds 2 baths (NOT a den, an actual bedroom) CONDO • Pet friendly with NO MORE ADDITIONS (I have two cats who are older, they can’t handle the stress of any more additions so if you have pets or are planning to get them, we won’t be a good match) • A short walk to the subway, preferably near where the two lines intersect (think bloor-yonge, st george, spadina, bathurst, etc.) • I don’t mind who gets the master and who gets the regular room, would like to see the rooms before we decide though. I think it’s fair who gets the master pays a larger split And most importantly, someone who I can develop a friendship with!

🍓Things I want to avoid🍓

• Queen west/liberty village - too close to my work, I’d like to separate work life from home life • Midtown - where I previously lived, would like to try something new • People who want to party or have people over all the time - I’m okay with having people over but not everyday • Someone who works from home all the time again • Someone who is a heavy smoker. Things will absolutely not work out if you plan to smoke inside. Vaping is ok (I vape nicotine myself, which I suppose is something you’ll have to be okay with lol),

🍓Other important things to note🍓

• I already have a few places I’m interested in on mind, and have a great agent as well. Please only message if you are serious, as I would like to get on this and secure a place ASAP to avoid the student influx. Last time I secured a place way too close to August and had to put 4 months down up front to be “competitive”. I only want to put down first and last this time!
