Rent is $1300 for each tenant. Hydro and Internet are split between tenants. Underground parking is available for $165. Average utilities bill is around $50 per person in warmer season and $80 at winter. Bedroom is unfurnished. Living room is furnished. Walking distance to Britannia Beach park. The unit is facing the river with beautiful sunsets.

I’m looking for a clean and respectful roommate who values privacy. About myself: I work full time in the office, enjoy outdoor activities and love board games. The building is great and has indoor pool, gym, cinema, rooftop with a BBQ, guest room.
