I’m a 24-year-old electrician working full-time and looking for a place in Calgary. My budget is around $1,000/month with utilities included.

I’m open to either renting a room with roommates or finding a place on my own, depending on what’s available. I’m pretty easygoing and would ideally like to live with other young working professionals who are social, respectful, and enjoy having a good time.

Cleanliness and hygiene are important to me. I like keeping shared spaces clean and would want roommates who are respectful of the house and do their part to keep things tidy.

I’m also looking for a place where I can actually enjoy living there — having a few drinks, watching sports, and occasionally having friends over. I’m not looking to throw parties every night, but I’d prefer a home where having friends over and enjoying a few drinks isn’t an issue.

I’m reliable and financially responsible, and I’m happy to provide proof of income, employment verification, and references if needed.
